VoIP Portland uses its own certified technicians and employees.  We maintain a personal one on one relationship with all of our customers and always are ready to assist.   We do not contract work out to faceless entities.   We share our mobile numbers.

We don't go into hiding when you need support ASAP.   You do not have to sit and listen to a robot for a half hour before speaking to us.
